There are some people out there who are not having nice cups of tea, their only having cups of tea. As sad as this is we need to think about how we can change this and educate the world on how to make a nice cup of tea.

Personally I think the brand of the tea is something for you to decide, and if your interested in the ultimate brand then check out our tea tests section.

Instructions:
1. Boil fresh water to just over 98.5 degrees centigrade.
2. Pour the water onto the bags either in the pot or cup and brew for two minutes.
3. Squeeze the bag against the side of the teapot or cup for 2 seconds to achieve maximum strength.
4. Take out the bags, ensuring that the tea is a thick silvery brown colour.
5. Add Milk last! the average cup needs roughly 17ml of milk

Any temperatures higher than 98.5 centigrade may actually extract flavor from the tea. Make sure you add the milk last because if you don't the optimum temperature for brewing will be lower and the tea won't be as strong. Another common mistake Tea lovers make is to boil the kettle, forget about it then reboil the same water. This causes the oxygen to come out of the water. A cup of tea requires maximum oxygen content for the tea leaves to properly extract their flavor. Enjoy.
